Never been a big fan of the design approach that tries to please the "just can't decide" crowd ... ask me its got "gimmick" written all over it!

Sorry

Blue Circle BC26NST-M2 on CANUCK - Screaming deal

Anyone see the BC26NST-M2 on CANUCK going for $2500 (from a US BC Dealer no less)!

Man if I didn't have my BC8s I would jump at that ... looks like a screaming good deal!

Heads up - Web Site/Google/BC ?

I've noticed late last week and again today that selecting the BC site from Google sometimes cases the Google site to be displayed ... i.e. doesn't go to the BC site.

Perhaps it's just me but just in case not thought I'd mention it.

Hey Double D you might want to talk to G about the possibility of installing a "standby" function (with switch) to preserve the tubes but otherwise keep the big power supply powered. You'd probably still have a warm-up penalty but likely nothing extreme (like you have now). ... just a thought. BTW ....

The new AudiogoN is a mess. Last time I tried to get in I had to do the password change (after forgetting). It went pretty well till the final screen where it complained about some data in my profiler ... BUT DIDN'T PROVIDE A MEANS TO CORRECT IT ... so I was dead in the water, no way forward! LOL Th...

No not me, but I can comment on the difference between BC3000-II and BC3-II. Not much, yes it's there and you would want it but the BC3 is so damn close it hardly matters. The one you're looking at is the new entry model with everything in one box. My guess would be that it would be a step down from...

One of the virtues of having a system that can play loud cleanly (BC3000 MKII + BC8 II mono blocks + PSB Startus Gold-i speakers) is playing for the full house. My ststem is in a rec. room downstairs and can easilly pump the tunes at realistic level for upstairs listening. ... oh, it really helps to...
