My orange, green and yellow cup is really a lamp shade. I am going to use metallic blue silicone to mount the shade on the lamp socket.

Top without flash and the bottom with flash. It is why they look a little different. They are the same thing.

You will not lose any performance by floating the ground of a Sillycone filter or a BC86MK3. The Ground pin is only for connecting the chassis to earth ground. All the filter networks are connect between live and neutral.
