Escala's first release is a big hit. They do everything right. Despite the fact that I never really liked "Live and let die" by McCartney in any form, they still do a good rendition.

But the best is the last track: Samuel Barber's Adagio for Strings.

One of the most melancholic piece ever. Used in many movies, it is most remembered as " The death of Sgt. Elias" in the movie Platoon. A heart breaking scene. Keep some kleenex handy.

For the most part however, it is an upbeat CD, well recorded and entertaining.
